We held our Christmas Social on Tuesday and welcomed nearly ninety of our members. Our helper elves arrived early and were soon blowing up balloons and decorating the 16 tables and once the urn was hot, teas and coffees flowed.
Each table had to decide on a name and the Beckenham Beauties and the Crackers tied for photo quiz. They had to name various celebrities who were ‘Santified’ with a hat and white beard. There was a fiendish choice where two pictures looked almost identical, one was Neil Diamond and the other was Mantovani, who fooled everyone.
Next was a Christmas themed quiz, where no-one had a perfect score, a real brain teaser. After the raffle was drawn, we finished with a Christmas sing-along. Click THIS LINK to get a flavour of the event created by our own expert video creator.
