Tai Chi (BOB Beckenham)

This group is hosted by Beckenham under our BOB (Bromley, Orpington, Beckenham arrangement).

This fun group for everyone to practice their balance. No special clothing is required, just be comfortable and wear soft shoes, or bare feet if preferred. 

The cost is £7.00 per session, payable on the day in cash. This covers room hire and instructor's fee. There are currently SPACES available. Contact Sharon to join.
